Care Instructions: To maintain the quality of your personalised item, please only handwash in warm soapy water with a soft cloth.

Not suitable for dishwashers, ovens, microwaves or freezers.

Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

While we are certain that you will just love your purchase we do understand the sometimes an item may be the wrong size or just not quite be what you expected. If this is the case, please let us know.

Spunky Bubs are happy to accept items if returned in original unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. We will either exchange the item for something else of the same value or offer a credit for the amount paid for the item returned. Unfortunately postage is not a refundable item and cannot be included as an items value.

Postage for the return of an item is at the customers expense.

Returns must be within 14 days of your order being placed.

Shipping

We appreciate that you work hard for your money, so if your order is over $99 then it’s on us! Not quite there? Orders under $99 will be shipped at our very competitive flat rate of $9.90.

We utilise Australia Post standard shipping to send all packages. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery (although it is generally much quicker). If you require your parcel more urgently (including orders over $99) please select the 'express postage' option at checkout (additional $3.95) We are generally happy to accommodate alternate preferred delivery options if you contact us before placing your order and written confirmation is arranged.

Now that you have ordered your goodies we know how quickly you want them! Generally orders placed and payment completed by 1pm (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day. Orders made after 1pm and on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the following business day.
